1. If repair is not enabled on workers, if they start building something and then get killed or by mistake stopped, they cannot continue building any more the same building and the building cant be canceled either.
2. Glest wav cant be played and ogg has issues when authoring on mac. Most probably some codec issues but it would be good to specify somewhere what is the allowed range in audio settings.

The first one is ok like it is. Make the workers able to repair it and the problem is solved.
2)
"wav" would be too big! You'll need a free compressed format, and I thing ogg is a very good choice! You can use audacity to save as ogg ( with the mac too).
