Title: New type of walking field

I mean, adding new a walking field which allows you to move in the water, this could be very cool to see and allows new units for the factions.
I don't know if that exist or not but i tried to use that and nothing happened.
For example:

      <fields>
         <field value="water"/>
      </fields>

nope, will not be added. We already tried it and had nothing but trouble with the CPU player. He simply cannot play it.
