Title: The Projectiles Dissappear!

Sometimes when I play the projectiles can be seen but most of the time the projectiles are invisible.

I have ATI I don't know much in graphics cards and I have windows XP and pentium 4.

It happens to me all the time when I use ati cards. Sometimes you can still see them if they are off to the edges of the screen. Also note that the fire from burning buildings disappears.
