Title: Possible build bug

I've noticed that regardless of how many builders I have building a building, it gets built at the exact same pace.  Is this a bug or intentional.  The last version I tested this on was revision 82 or 83 (beta1 I think)

I tested it just now and it is not the case, but take in account that the original builder contributes more than the extra ones so putting 2 workers will not build the building twice as fast, just a little faster.
