PS3 is combatible with XML, so why can't this be downloadable for PS3?
I mean, come on now - it's got the right scripting code, it won't be impossible for it to be released on PS3, your aloud to download stuff to ur PS3 too, just good HTML for another link hosted on your own server, and good scripting of HTML, and it could be downloadable from the PS3.

You could use a ps3 with linux on to do this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linux_for_PlayStation_3
But to use an unmodified one, wouldn't you need to compile for ps3 using ps3 sdk which is very expensive

XML is not a program. Assassin is right by saying it would need to be compiled for PS3 unless you used Linux (not 100% sure though) but even then unless you used keyboard and mouse you would need to program it to use the controller. If you wanted to do it though, no one is going to stop you.
