Looks very cool.  I like the fog there is everywhere.  But I would probably remove a little so that you can see a little better ;).  But what is nebline; where do you get the name?

i sort of made up the word with the portuguese word for fog "neblina", i thought it sounded better.
feel free to reduce the fog, i'm sort of exagerated

The Tileset is Jungle, but with fog.

i made this off the dark forest tileset
i modified the trees a bit and the surfaces
made the grass a bit more greyish and the road reddish
made the water transparent
