Title: Mesa version wrong message?
Post by: narcisgarcia on 30 July 2009, 13:17:28
When I try to run glest on Xubuntu GNU/Linux 9.04 in a computer without 3D graphics acceleration, it returns:
Quote
Exception: Your system supports OpenGL version "1.2 Mesa 7.4"
Glest needs at least version 1.3 to work
You may solve this problem by installing your latest video card drivers

I don't know if the problem is to have only 2D graphics acceleration (and the message is wrong), or Xubuntu really comes with that Mesa's version.
