this should be added to the General Modding Overview

You could include the File Front topic I made recently, since it seems we'll be using it. People should have a mod they made first, because I don't want to just give out the password to anybody. And I would trust someone who is going to put the time and effort into making a mod with the password.
Just include the site, Username, and to PM me for the password, like I have it on here (https://forum.megaglest.org/index.php?topic=4543.msg28915#msg28915).

I think these could be added here.

THIS IS THE BEST one so far - no offense to others but I understand these flash videos - which aren't exactly flash - they are as good as regular videos!
detailed tutorials with sounds for EVERYTHING. I understand everything here and I'm using all my time in learning blender but unfortunately the time I get isn't much so progress is a liiiitle bit slow ;)

Another texture resource with great potential....

If you follow the above link, you can search for images on flickr covered by the creativecommons attribution license.
I found out about it on this site (which gives an explantation of the different creativecommons licenses and give links to parts of flickr that contain media under each license): http://www.skelliewag.org/a-complete-guide-to-finding-and-using-incredible-flickr-images-162.htm (http://www.skelliewag.org/a-complete-guide-to-finding-and-using-incredible-flickr-images-162.htm)

I can hardly believe I forgot to put these here, but here are the tutorial videos I made a few months ago. So far I just have a two-part tutorial on how to build a humanoid armature in Blender, but I think this could be really helpful for some people. Maybe I'll add some more eventually.

Some links here are old and stale, others should be merged to tools or modding guides and we need a free open source asset -FOSA- directory.
There seems to be lots of guides on this website but no coherent structure built into them. The links need to be organized into logical progressions and placed in one forum post.
