On my forest tileset, there's this annoying thing. At the edge of the water, in Forest, the water line is jagged, like stair steps. On all of the other tilesets, it is not this way. I might have messed it up, but is there a simpler solution than re-downloading?

no clue, happens to me too thou, may be something with the rendering process.
