Title: glest application ERROR [SOLVED]

i am running windows xp on an intel mac via bootcamp. i installed a ported version of glest on the os x side and it runs good, but i installed it on the windows side and when i try to open the application or the config app it gives me this error :
" glest.exe apllication error: the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). click on ok to terminate the apllication."

anyone know what the problem could be or how to fix this?
