Open the model in blender and how ever many squares tall it is that is how many cells tall it should be.

This one is 2 cells tall (It is 4 but 2 are under ground) and 2 cells wide.

some ideas how to get it:
- try it   ;)
- load an existing model from others ( for example this: http://www.titusgames.de/darkmagic/sourcery/sourcerymodel.zip )
- import an original glest model and look at it

I would love to try it ingame, but I plan to make the models first and then exporting them which I don't know. I will learn when I get to that stage. I will try and look into that model provided and see to use it as a reference, thanks.
