A well known bastard bully i know. Yesterday i was with some friends and the first thing this guy told me was "go hang urself" then i told him" you could do the world a favour and do it yourself" and then we were like arguing hostile for hours, then i started to annoy him really much and i had to make him leave, so i started messing with him till he was crying and going home, note i did not any violence, oh i forgot, he was also spiting at my shirt, which was expensive since im going to be "confirmed" on saturday (w00t! :P) then i got pissed and stuff...he also managed to break my bike, then i hads to get him fix it, whyich he did under strong presure from my three friends. then this day, yes, right after when im writing this, we met 19:00 and then i was following him closely because i wanted him away, eventually he did come back and then he punched me in the chest, so in self defence i got to punch his temple, apparently a devastating blow because he went home, then a 16 yo friend of mine came with a MC and we traced him down, he called his dad. now note, his dad is alchololic addicted, probably on drugs i dunno, and he was gonna kill me...then he was driving around the club we were at, about 150 people "guarding" me. including adults. so the dad didnt try anything stupid. Then, what now, i have about 50 witnesses that confirm i didnt do any violence, should i got to the police or what?

I would find a way to get some videos of him bullying you in different cases and hand them to the cops. That'd do it. :|
If you can't do that(would be pretty hard), then get everything you can like the fact that his father is an alcoholic, and go talk to the cops. :thumbup:

Yah, you're rich, you have lots of friends, you have a good life. It sounds to me like he doesn't have such a great life... I can see why he'd be jealous, but why would he get so mean and violent?

I must have misread. Seriously though, if you feel you need a massive human shield to keep this guy away from you, you need to talk to the police, not the glest community.

Simple gabbe, talk to the police. As intimidating as going to the police is, it is a must, and the officers are there to help you (if I didn't want to be a teacher, I'd probably be a cop). He assaulted you, and technically, that is a crime. Most people don't realize that if you punch a guy, that is assault (or possibly even battery or aggravated assault, depending on the situation). You CAN go to jail for that, or in the case of a minor, more likely a fine, community service, restraining order, etc; (Of course, technically, threatening to "kill someone" is also illegal, though few people report such things).
Speaking of restraining orders, if you truly believe this person or his dad is a genuine threat to you and you can prove it, a restraining order may be a good idea. This will make it illegal for them to come within a certain distance of you. Not sure about them on minors though, I've never seen such a case.
Anyway, I think you may have handled this a bit badly originally. When bullied, just ignore them. As tempting as it is to slip them a snappy comment, you'll just risk making things worse (see what happened?). In the future, just walk away. Yes, it sounds cowardly, but you'll be glad you did it. People can do very stupid things when aggravated (one case I recall was when a guy was killed with a knife because he stole a guy's hat).

If his dad is doing drugs, see if you can get him busted for that too while you're at it lol!

You should help him, if this means going to the police do it, but the keyword is help, bullies areallmost ALL of them in need of help, those who dont need help, and just LIKES to hurt other people,....well, need to go into the SM thing.

He needs help, i pwn him everytime we speech, he still is at the school, and he got an army of teachers following him allways, but when he talks to me, he gets pwn in every conversation.

My point is that either you have given us the wrong story, or this should have been brought to the authorities LONG ago. This kid and dad duo has massive problems.
