It is spanish ::)

Only push the green button "Vota por Glest", in the next screen select Votar como (*) Mejor juego libre, write a valid email in "Tu email" and push the button "Votar por Glest"

Then you need to confirm it following a link in the email:

I kinda feel that that first place games shouldn't have been in first place... :|
