a friend made two maps

They look pretty good, but not enough trees.

Scattered_resources looks like a good base to create an interisting map. the terrain has a very good shape. As Eliminator said, basically not enough trees yet.
Things to improve:
- more forests ( not too big otherwise the pathfinder will have problems ... )
- Its a big map, so I think its good for 8 players too. Place 4 of them next to each other so you can have a fun coop multiplayer map too.
- enough space to build and start ressources for all starting points
By the way, an idea for the map editor: A big stone(mountain) auto-surrounder. Its quite annoying to do that. Maybe just a special function you can trigger which does this on the whole map for all bigstones
