this has been bothering me for many days. am sick! AND ITS KILLING ME BAD :thumbdown:
i have fever, flu and a chest virous, i am coughing bad and sneezing like hell and my nose is just does'nt stop bothering me!!!!!!!
my eyes gone dry, the weather is growing HOT and i feel my muscles growing weary as i move, my eyes are dry and i cant find a cure, and they itch!!!
help with this mix of hell, i've been taking zithromax and panadol. i ate onions and chicken in soup and garlic, yet apples and they make little change, very little,

Not sure if this would work but it's not going to kill you if you were to try (at least I don't think it would, I'm no expert); drink lots of water to flush out your system, have cold showers, excercize, and plenty of sleep.

Getting some vitamin C should usually help your immune system fight whatever is attacking it. I don't know what kinds of fruit are prevalent where you live, but oranges and other citrus are a good source.

what i thought too..And i didn`t have respect for life arch?..
If you think it is killing you, meaning that you`ll be in a unresponsive state of life literally dead, and not just a wording, i would strongly reccomend that you visist the best hospital you can get too.

about citrus
i ate some, all types of fruit are avilable here, i ate the rare high quality lebonanian apples. and normal oranges, great bananas,

Hmm, i can`t help with anything, im not there :P But now that you are ill, then you could read something about XML coding and 3D modeling maybe. Then atleast you have something to do ;)

i am getting better, zithromax was getting my eyes dry bad but lots of water got it wet, also sun glasses, cold shower almost killed me :( bad idea
sneezing is down, i got too lazy, i cant get used to my nose that is now somewhat itchy and when take breath through my nose feels really hot, sheesh flu is got me early this year, we arabs are not used to so cold weathers, this year has this bad winter, couple degrees down zero and schools closed, business off and lots of people stay at home,
in islam, you earn deeds by helping both muslim and non muslim, why are you thinking of this not?

You're perfectly fine (well, metaphorically). All those symptoms are that of the flu, which millions of people get every year. There's no cure for the flu, and even the "symptom relievers" don't always help that much, nor are guaranteed to. You'll just have to wait it out. Have fun (?). ;)

oh my god! thats a cold hell :o
how do you take it in this conditon? although here we use air conditoners mostly but other few use some sort of air warming machines which i particuly dont like for not warming things well, if 20- degrees happen in saudia people are gonna die... business is completley off schools shut, faith is lowered and relegion starts to stop so basiclly the world in here is gonna be halted with any cold weather

Human bodies can take very low temperatures, one human survived 13 celcius body temperature, and that is cold! (note, im talking about temperature inside the body, wich usually is 37 celcius).
@warlord im sure Saudia would survive just fine if they were used to it, like us aren`t used to hot weathers.

omg seriously who would say that? "life in heat is better then life in cold" thats a word all said in schools, also how can you survive it? its so awfull, we saudis not used to it at all, thats why we hate it bad :o

Thats a beautiful scene Gabbe, i like the cold, here in delaware we've had a little snow and its about 13 degrees fahrenheit, two years ago, the trees froze over and it looked like they had a layer of glass covering :)

So it does every year up here Wyvern, yeah it is beautifull, too bad i live so close to the city though, it doesn`t get such beautifull nature, but I remember when i was younger and my dad was in the military, we had to live up in north Norway and there ain`t much of a population up there so there was the nature quite awesome.

well, you live in Saudi Arabia - a place where snow is just a myth. we live in colder places, so we have actually become used to it (and like it).
honestly, how can you live in that heat all the time?

hate is'nt bad its good, i live in a cold place too, not very cold but less heat and increased winter because of the high mountains but in jeddah theres an EXTREMLEY hot weather, sweating is good because you feel kinda heavy, i like heat and its hard to explain why and how but cold is something i hate to think about, especielly after seeieng that scene in SAW 3 a girl getting absloutly tortured by cold tempretures and cold water, she seemed like going to an ultimate hell, no thanks i prefere bieng thrown inside a volcano instead of that :o :o :o

You get used to it when you live here all your life. I, myself, and most of the people I know, would rather have the cold than the heat. Anything over 25 celsius is too hot for us... Ideally, 15 degrees celsius (spring! My favorite season) is perfect.

Surviving in the cold isn't that hard. We're used to it. We've seen temperatures hit below -50 with the wind chill from time to time (on average: twice a year, though, we naturally don't go outside when it's that cold). Winters probably average -20 celsius as well, and sometimes you spend hours outdoors (Ski trip = full day on the hills, every day, for a week!).
