Hmm... I wish I could see this, but my internet cannot handle streaming an hour long video... Too bad the guy never wrote a guide in text and images, that looks like a fantastic model... Does anyone have the blend of the model he makes? I didn't see anything on that page...

About modeling human bodies,I recommend you to buy and read a book "Figure Drawing For All It’s Worth" by A.Loomis.

Andrew Loomis - Figure Drawing For All its Worth

This book is originally written for Illustrators, but there are many useful suggestions for modeling and animating human bodies 3D and very helpful for better understanding basic human anatomy.

If you want to learn more about human anatomy, also read this book:
Anatomy: a complete guide for artists - Joseph Sheppard

This book describes about human body in amazing detail with a lot of fantastic illustrations.I don't fully understand what wrote in the book yet. :O

as a blender tutorial,I found this site is very helpful.
