Title: Error binding socket code 10013

i have a problem...i cant start glest. When i klick on custom game the window close and then comes a window with report:network error:error binding socket code (10013)...please help me =(

Try restarting your computer and/or network, that usually fixed the problem for me.

Please provide FULL details about your problem.. which verison of glest, which engine (glest, gae or megaglest) which operating system etc
