Title: Units: Direct Heal Skills

Would a negative attack strength cause a heal and could it be targeted on friendly units automatically or could the repair skill do this anyway including damage multipliers would would essentially by healing multipliers.
This is very important for my next faction as without this, it'll be pretty lame.

This would be used with an immediate large hp-regen effect? And would armor multipliers be included?
