I want to show you guys a serious threat to the internet, The congress wants to Censor the internet, at leasire for large corporations, and the only one to stop it is YOU and ME! Look below, and use your imagination, how will tommorows internet look?

Firstly, the reason your links and such don't work is because it's barebones HTML code, though you could adapt it to BBCode like this:

I agree that the concept of the bills are both very bad, though myself am very safe up here in Canada.

Sadly, as the vast majority of everyone's Internet traffic goes via USA, and as much of your data is hosted in the USA, you are not at all immune.

Sadder, as you are not a citizen of the USA, you have even less chance of redress.

This whole bill is stupid, it means if someone, anyone posts something on facebook which a corperations don't like means facebook would get shut down if they didn't remove it...... Could you imagine the damage /b/ could do?

Maybe it would be good to see something like this? But they must handle it VERY hard ! Shutdown facebook and youtube first and then most of the other stuff within a month ... "Everywhere copyright terrorists!!"
This would make the idiotic of this and the whole current copyright handling so obvious for everyone, that it will hopefully be fixed VERY fast. So some month of pain and then really fixing the whole thing.
( If people will still not react after such a step, I think mankind is lost anyways ... )

The bill was not passed!, The meeting was suddenly adjourned without a vote!
