Title: e3257cf: Options menu: Resolution setting, fullscreen switch

In the 'Options' menu, on the 'Video' tab, while it's possible to set a resolution, the value you choose is not displayed in the selection box after selecting it.

At the same location, the 'Fullscreen' option seems to be always greyed out, no matter what you do or which mode you start the game in.

It works ok for me on Windows. Is this still an issue?

Yes, both is still an issue on e679653 (e679653f0d97f6cd62947b615f22fe7ea4291d59).
