Title: Failed to create sound buffer? crash GAE v3.93

I was just playing a game when a message box came up saying something like:
"An Error has occurred,
 failed to create direct sound buffer."
 Then the game crashed. I've been playing with sound a lot at the moment in constellus, maybe it's something wrong with one of the sound's I've added?
