Can someone send me this library?
or a link where I can get

That's an ancient version of GAE you are trying to compile, if your package manager no longer has xerces 2.7 (extremely likely) you probably need to download and build it yourself.

A better idea might be to try a more recent version of GAE, the xerces dependency was removed a long time ago now.

Talking of DJL Linux, I wouldn't recommend to trust a software whose latest version was released 3 years ago, when the download location and associated website has been last updated 3 year ago, too, and since gathered blog spam, presenting PHP errors on its frontpage.
