Hi people, I'm still a noob in the topic Create to mods can help me to learn something (I can not) would be glad if someone would help me

1 question how do I make a mod and what I need for this?

2 Where can I Create to modele? :)

To create a mod you need a text editor and you need to learn a bit about XML.

To make a model you need blender. (Or some other 3D art program)

Also for textures I recommend Gimp.
