Blender 2.63 + Tools from MegaGlest(latest)\Blender
I create a cube, I triangulate it, and select it before export.
Export gives me a .g3d file that crashes GAE g3d viewer, and MG g3d Viewer sends me a 'bad allocation' error.
BTW are there any texture limits anywhere in the exporting process? I want to use a 2048*2048(1 texture for all objects). Is this a problem?

Post the g3d (with textures) in al ink and i'll see if i can harden the model loader a bit (And figure out whats wrong with the model).

Er, what exporter are you using? Blender 2.63 needs the script linked on this page (https://docs.megaglest.org/G3D_support).

Thanks Omega, I was using the 2.60 exporter.
