This is pretty awesome, I've wanted this feature for so long. Although when the ground is sloped the texture is extremely blurred. Would this be caused by the lack of Anti-Aliasing?

thanks :)
but no this has nothing to do with antialiasing. The reason for this is simply stretching of cells. In MG the terrain is made of squares, but in some places ( cliffs ) those squares are shown extremly streched with the same texture. This make them look like they look.

Nice job! The textures are very detailed. Can't wait to see this officially released! :)

Looks likeI forgot to select one of the treetrunks in blender before exporting. Who finds it? :P  ( Its visible in the main screenshot of this thread? )

About the tileset itself:
I will not add animation to the tilesets, as its too hard to do and the results I got so far don't look good :-/. Another problem is winddirection and rotated models in tilesets

First Image in thread, evergreens seem to be missing a trunk. Your mouse is pointed right at one :)

As for animation maybe try moving the vertexes in random rotations to simulate slight wind instead of trying to animate the trunk because of the rotated models?

Wrong this one has a trunk ( just not very visible on this screenshot )

I will try. A tiny rotation animated very slow might work.

Oh just to clarify, I meant to say only animate only some vertexes in the leaves rather than the trunk or the tree as a whole.

Just to note while editing my latest map I saw (while looking for blueberries :D ) that the dead trees seem to be what the big trees should be and vice versa in the dev-alpha 2 of this tileset.

thats true but I decided that its better this way. Deadtrees are often used im water and this blueberry stuff doesn't look good in water...
But willows fit to water thats why I decided to keep it this way.

Sounds like a good idea, but also explains why you couldn't find blueberries on my map.  :P
