Title: [Fixed] Is off topic read-only?

I went to post in off topic to tell people about the Planetary Annihilation development video (http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2013/03/27/make-it-to-break-it-planetary-annihilations-creation-tech/) but I wasn't able to make a topic or post in any of the existing ones.

One minute later edit: Okay, fixed it. Board was in off-topic mode. Not sure how that happened.
