Title: Hebrew translation wrog menue order, Beta.3.8.0_beta1

there is a small problem in the Hebrew (and Arabic) version, that although Hebrew is written RTL, the menu is still LTR. Enclosed a picture that show the change that need to be done.

That's why I called it "a small" problem, it's really not critical, the critical problem is the lines order, that I opened another topic about it.
