Title: [fixed]Mysterious EP of snake basket

Quite unimportant thing. Persian snake basket have 100 max EP and 0 regeneration. The thing is that It's not useing it at all and when you select it it looks kind weird :look:

will be fixed with release, ( not commited now to avoid incompatibility )

this is fixed in version 3.11.0
