Mods / What Modeling tool should I use?

I am running Windows ME, With Intel Pentium 3 Processor and about 128 memory ram and 24 gb free hard drive space.
What tool should i use?






Tools I have used for glest::::
milkshape (trial expired)
blender ( my computer laggs out of all versions of the program)
anim8tor ( no way to import/ export easily)

yo, havn't been on a while as for my infestation i gunna start again soon as soon as i buy my new computer (windows 95) at the moment i wanna buy a new windows XP. also i havn't given up, and i hope i will be able to learn more about rigging, and moddeling,



also has anyone had trouble with blender on windows?
i've tried on 8 defferent computers from windows 98- vista, and the latest 2 versions of blender dont work, and i tried the older ones aswell?

also in school we're starting spanish, nice language, very based, yet i am gunna have 3 more years of it  :o .........

As you can probably see from this screen, i'm okay at modelling bugs, but i need some help modeling "humans" for the soldiers, i'm okay at vehicles, but i hate modeling humans.

I've made good progress, finished almost all of the base models, need to animate like 30 more i started with needing 45 fully animated models and 80 if you include tilesets and resources which are done.
i've finished 15 scencrinarios, along with 8 maps. the XML's need a bit of work, but its okay
there will be six factions, 2 weaker versions with 12 units each which are used the first 5 schecrinaros then i use the tree's with 26 units and 8 upgrades each

so far they are
human1
human2
bug1
bug2
bug_overmind
and liberalist(people who dont want the bugs destroyed so they join the bugs every few levels).
the tilesets are
planet
lab
water
death
city
underground

hoping to post a few screen shots soon!

i am currently working on an XML export script for animator, because I think it has potential and because I myself use it.

I am changing the scipt, does anyone have the blender export, I'll try to take the values from it the scipt should be done in a week or so!

i have started my first project now that i understand modeling a bit at least
the mod is infestation it contains 2 races, humans and infested(bugs, mutants, and cyborgs) and 3 resources, (metal, gold{as in coins} and ozone)

models finished( no textures)

default troop
tank
nuke launcher
flying worker
rocket launcher truck

for the bugs( no textures)

ant queen(town center)
axe cyborg( basically a remodeled battle machien)
fire ant( flame ant)
soldier ant( swordman like ant)
and worker( and ant)
a mutant scorpion/ person
and a scorpion( a fast melee attacker

Description:
An unarmed worker that calls upon buildings from the Netherworld(Or the equivalent, that is of course if they summon buildings at all like they did in WCIII) which bring more Undead to the world of the living. These are the only units in the Undead horde which are actually alive, since they are those who brought the Undead into existence in the first place(Feel free to change that bit, too, if you wish)

<Ghoul>

Tormented
Broken Zombie
Living Corpse
Zombie
Description:
The simplest Undead unit apart from the <Acolyte>, the <Ghoul> is used to harvest wood, and as a frontline troop in battle. It has sharp claws and teeth to match which it uses very effectively to dispatch its enemies. These are basically corpses that are mutated and brought back to life. They have nearly no intelligence, and their bodies are fragile compared to other Undead units.

<Meat Wagon> I had an idea regarding this one. You said maybe it could shoot flaming blood or something, but I had another idea… have you ever seen Starship Troopers? If you have, then there are those massive bugs that shoot out this orange acid stuff that just melts through everything it touches. I thought you could do something like that, but make it red like blood, and call it Acid Blood, or something. If not, then it could just throw mashed up corpses. :P

Description:
A construction of the Undead horde. Its approach brings fear to the hearts of its enemies, and then it brings death to them before they have a chance to run away. (There'll be more once you decide on what its attack should be)

Description:
A skilled archer brought back from the dead. These damned bowmen are a testament to the skills of the Necromancer who revived them,  for they are revered in the Undead ranks as being elite rangers.

<Mummy Knight> Not sure if this is on a horse. If it is then replace "Warrior" below with "Horseman" and "Swordsman" with "Cavalier"

Description:

<Mummy Sorceress> I assume this means they're definitely female, so, yeah.

<Frost Wyrm/Dragon>

Description:
A dragon fallen to the Undead horde and brought back. Since death grasped these creatures, they, instead of fire, started to use ice, but this didn't weaken them in the slightest. Although slower and less intelligent, Undead dragons are much stronger and tougher than actual dragons, being imbued with the energies of the unlife.

Heroes:
<Lich> Possible names: Vikarus, Zeth, Idrasth, Anything ending in 'us' or 'th', basically.
Abilities: Ice-based attacks. Undead always use Ice. Things like Wall of Ice, and Frozen Armour.

<Kul Tais> I suggest putting an apostrophe between the Ta and the is, like Ta'is. Always makes things like that more menacing… You could even call him Kul Ta'os, instead, which I think sounds better, too.
Abilities: I assume he uses a blade of some form, so you should give him some special attacks. What's the point in a powerful hero without any abilities? Give him stuff like Elemental Weapon(Ice, of course), and perhaps a nice parasite attack that takes an enemy's life and adds to his.

<Another hero> Since two is a weird number, I just thought of another hero you could add. Since you have a mage, and a warrior already, how about an archer? Here's my idea:
Possible names: Shardmaker, Wrath.
Abilities: Either a bow or throwing knives which bounce from one enemy to another with reduced damage each time it hits. Abilities would be things like Wave of Daggers which just shoots hundreds of the bouncing daggers in one direction which bounce until they run out of damage. If it's a bow, then he could do Triple Shot which shoots three powerful arrows at one individual enemy, and does six times the normal damage.


Here's your storyline:
in a earth filled with enigmas and question equaling what was known the human race was divided, between those who though magic was everything needed and those who perfered machienery, yet throughout the turmoil the counsil of the elders agreed on one thing kill those whose apearences where different, the did it to the elves and the goblins and the next target was the drakonians. few of the leaders of both factions ackowledged that the dragons were vital to survival, and so they defected. they had no treason in the courts of the law yet in the hearts of the common tey were evil. and so these few spellcasters and technicians became the "crusaders of the dragon" . yet thogh they did all they could to stop war they couldnt convince the common people to reconsider. as the angry mob and the knights of the kings entered the dragons palace ready to kill. the dragon king did one last sorcery mind trap'" he enclosed his mind soul and esence into a ring and did so also with his fellows who were still living. the rings were given to the crusaders who smuggled them out of the castle adn all was well.
one of crusaders steals some food kets caught and strikes a devils deal in which he would offer the lives of his companions to live yet his efforts were in vain because as soon as he left the courts he was killed by mobsters. crusaders hunted in their final hours they swear to keep the rings a secret and bury them.
 
(U got name for dragon hero) was walking with his friend kalara when he found a ring with a dragon carved in to a diamond. this want strange he had expierences with dragons before when he was initiated into the clan the village bard predicted he would be the dragon king.. the bard was killed by authorities and the people disnounced it as an old mans cry for attension..
to be continued i could use unit bios for undead, or you can contiue storyline and tie in undead somewhere

I'll rewrite it for you, if you don't mind...
In a world filled with enigma and mystery equal to all that was known, the human race had become divided. The division was between those who beileve in magic and followed its teachings, and those who denounced it and built machines in its stead, yet throughout the turmoil the council of elders agreed on one thing, and that was that humans were absolute, and all others were to be exterminated. First the elves and goblins fell to the genecidal humans, and then, since there were none left to prey upon, the draconian race was targeted. Several important leaders from both sides had met and agreed that for the survival of the human race, the dragons must be defended. Thus, they betrayed their nations and made their own faction; the Crusaders of the Dragon. To the rest of humanity, they were corrupt, evil, but according to the law, they were still worthy of life. Despite the Crusader order's efforts, the people took no notice, and before long, a bloodthirsty mob gathered, led by the equally malicious knights commanded by the Kings themselves, and stormed the Dragon's palace. The Dragon King, in a final attempt to preserve his race, cast a spell that trapped him and his entire people, or at least, what was left of them, in a ring. The ring was smuggled from the palace before the mob could reach it, by the Crusaders of the Dragon, and upon finding that no dragons were there, the mob dissipated.

One of the Crusaders, tired, hungry, fell from his state of high morality, and stole food to survive. He was caught by the authorities, and taken to court for trial. He was found out to be one of the Crusaders who were hunted and killed by the Empires, and thus was sentenced to death. He struck a deal with a daemon, trading the lives of his comrades for an escape from the execution. The daemon accepted, with a tricky grin on his face. The man died moments after the deal was struck, but not at the hands of the executioner, but the mob outside the jail that waited for him. His remaining friends didn't mourn him for long. They had all fallen ill, due to the curse of the deal struck with the daemon, and were dying. The last few Crusaders made a vow that even if they were brought back from the dead, they would not reveal the location of the ring, or even its existence. They buried it well, and then lay down to die.

lich-spellcaster summons guardians can cast fire bowl after bracelet of fire upgraded and summons guardians

kul-tais- opposite of lich brute attack, hp, defence melee machiens.

heroes are for my 90% finished race undead
