I saw this in another thread

When you compiled a development version please share it on the forums (stating which revision this is and which system you compiled on), so everybody who would like to help but does not know how to compile can help testing these builds

So I've made a snapshot available.
Built on Debian 8 32-bit  ~0700 UTC 2016.01.01

megaglest v3.12-dev
Compiled using: GNUC: 40902 platform: Linux endianness: little
GIT: Rev: 5352.71d8eb2

Right now, it's available as a torrent

I've searched the forum and wiki before posting this question.

Would there be any security advantages to running the server in a chroot environment? Would using chroot be a good alternate option in certain situations?

What are the minimum system requirements to run a headless server? For example, could it be run on a single-core 2.8Ghz Pentium?
