I played this game, then on some maps, when I move my mouse up down left, or right, then I go to a river area like in Island Siege (the light blue one in the game map on the top left of the game screen: meaning water or river) it slows down the game, when I go to an area with no water or river, it doesn't slow down. What's the meaning of this?

The whole mod pack is screwed and my computer crashed the game, because it uses many models, and here some problems:

1. They need to be the same size like the magic and tech.
2. You need more texture, its look is obvious modelling.
3. The sounds are the same as the normal magic and tech. You need to make a recording of different sounds, and
4. To make a perfect mod, the three above must be used.
5. When I try to start a game on this game, it says an error, "Error texturing 2D mipmaps," and/or, "Failure to create direct sound buffer."

The AI would build their walls everywhere, unlike when the human player would build it's walls, we need also to make a wall archer, an archer that can be attacked behind a wall.

For the black cavalry, you need to combine the Tech's Horseman and the Guard,

Then, what's the point with a Dark Storage? What's the meaning of that? What does it look like?

For the Guard, as in holding a halberd, use the Guard in Romans faction, and

For the Paladin, you mean a unit who holds a two-handed sword? You just need to edit the Tech's Guard, by removing the shield, making the sword bigger, and for when standing or holding position, make it look like he is holding the sword like a knight.

In an another topic, for the knight, (in the next version) why not make it like in Stronghold 2, like the knights are on foot and on horse, then make the horse with more armour like the cloth for the knight's horse, then with the lance when mounted.

Then, for the crossbowmen, make it a little bit of a reloading speed, but have more damage, as in, their arrows can penetrate metal armour, and their armour is leather, then slower than archers.

Then, for siege engines, make rams, trebuchets, and if you make this one, a mantlet (has high armour and health, cannot attack but it can act as a big shield against enemy arrows and projectiles, also, make it vulnerable to melee attacks.)

But for the walls, they are unstable connections with other walls.

There is no screenshot, but actually when I click the glestadv.exe, (I already compiled the files) it won't open, then immediately an error sound then, not yet open.

Nevermind, found a way, you need to rename it and add .zip so it turns to a .zip archive.

No, I prefer the PeaZip, it let's me shows all the archives, like the .rar, .zip, .7z, but I am not sure with tgz.

Hello, I am new to this forum, but before I will know what's wrong with something I said, let me introduce myself:

My name is Carl, I am a fan of RTS games, since I stumbled to a directory of games, I have found this! I liked your mods, maps and tilests, even your advanced engine, and liked even the whole game! Now I enjoy this game whenever I want to play, (as I also play other games).

Now for my problem:

When I go to glest.codemonger.org , the website doesn't show up! Why is this?
