We have made available the new tileset objects, here is the link to them. The download includes the new tilesets and a sample map with these new objects already placed; in order to use them you only need to copy the folders called “Map” and “Tileset” in the game folder.

Some advice on making maps:

- Don´t abuse of the new trees, as they have many more polygons than the first ones and they are bigger too, so if you put too many together they will overlap. In the starting points, make sure that the tree1 (the one from which the wood is taken), is still accessible and has no objects nerby which could block the units when they go harvest wood.
- Make it sure that it is easy to commute from one starting point to another, and that they all have accessible resources, because by doing so things will be easier for the CPU controlled units and we´ll have more efficient enemies :). I have made a pack with all the maps the people have sent us until now; you can download it from the “additional downloads” section.

Yes, it´s an example map with the new objects implemented, to upload with the new tileset objects, but we might make some new ones for the expansion, moreover maybe we will organize a map contest between the forum users and include the best maps in the expansion.

The gryphon is not feasible because the engine doesn´t support units which are terrestrial and aerial at the same time.

In the expansion we´ll try to reduce the power of the aerial units by including a powerful anti-air unit for each faction; those will be static units so that they will only be located in the settlements. In this way it won´t be possible to win a game by devastating a settlement with aerial units only, it will be necessary first to send terrestrial untis to destroy the anti air ones.

We think two factions with more units is best than more factions with few units, but if you want make a entire faction, we will be delighted to put your faction in aditional downloads for the rest of community can enjoy with it  :)

Usually with the Discreet's trials you can save your works, I didn´t download the Max7 trial but I think there is no problem to save and export your works. If someone has worked with the max 7 trial and the G3D export plugin, could please confirm this?

No, the actual trees will share the maps with the new trees; because the actual trees have 20 polys and the new trees 120 polys, for this reason in the maps musn't be too many of this new trees.

We have some new maps with this new objects and maybe implement this objects in the actual maps
