Need help on changing the music for factions blah blah blah...espeacially when I change the wav file I want into an ogg file and name it as the original music is named and replace it and launch game it crashes...
Any answers?

Did you just change the .wav into .ogg, or did you actually encode it?

With special programs. There is a nice, open-source one over here:
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
When installed, launch the program and import your .wav file via Project > Import audio (then browse etc.), and export it via File > Export as .ogg.
I don't know whether the music must be of a certain bitrate or something, but you can try this out anyway.
