Mousewheel Free Camera Mode Support

I have preliminary code to get the mousewheel to work for moving the camera in and out in free mode, is there somewhere I could post the patches for everyone, if there is any interest? It is win32 only at the moment, will add it to SDL shortly and maybe the ability to pan the camera while holding the middle button and moving the mouse (still checking this one)

Win32 Support for using the Mousewheel to zoom and out when in free camera mode. Includes patch files against latest cvs.
