discount doesn't work

I noticed that when a unit morphs for example swordsmen -> armored swordsmen.  You pay the same price as you would to create a new armored swordsmen.  The "discount = 60%" feature doesn't work.

If I remember correctly, the discount is only applied to the armored swordsman created directly from the building, not the ones upgraded from swordsmen.

Then this is stupid. It has to be cheaper to upgrade a unit then to made a new one, not more expensive.
