Glest 2.0-rc5 released
« on: 15 March 2006, 19:43:40 »
Changes in this version are:

- Rebalancing: Units have about 50% more HP now, some prices changed, archer and battlemage have faster particles.

- Optimized particle rendering.

- New particles for the secondary attack of the archmage.

Source code is in the CVS, data and win32 binaries are in sourceforge.

Would it be possible to either get a data file set with just the changes? Or the data added to CVS? Seems like a big waste of bandwidth to download just a few changes in XML files with the data (especially for us stuck using dial up) Thanks!

I have created a Windows Installer for Glest. It has a intro screen, in-installer music. I included tools and maps. Where can I upload it for testing and for feedback?
