Fireborn contributions

Hello

I downloaded the files from
http://www.glest.org/files/contrib/mods/

but i dont know how to install? Any ideas?
I tried to copy the files to the glest directory,
same as the layout in the archives, but no luck.

I get these errors:
Couldn't process event: Error loading Faction Types: techs/magitech
Error loading units: techs/magitech/factions/tech
Error loading UnitType: techs/magitech/factions/tech/units/barracks/barracks.xml
Can't open BMP file: techs/magitech/factions/tech/units/barracks/../pikeman/images/pikeman.bmp
Fatal signal: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed)

Have you uploaded the complete 'pikeman' folder into the 'techs\magitech\factions\tech\units' folder?

Hello

Well the files downloaded do not contain any folder named pikeman (unit),
i downloaded these threee files:

http://www.glest.org/files/contrib/mods ... cenary.zip
http://www.glest.org/files/contrib/mods ... _magic.zip

I use glest v1.2.1 on Slackware Linux (if this has any importance).

Try downloading the last version of the Pikeman mod, too.

Hello

Thanks for the help, works perfect now. I had to make some changes,
(@mod_pikeman author, you need to modify filename to have only
lower letters, on linux filenames are case sensitive). And some swordman
problems, but i remove from xml file and works perfect now.

Hi.

I've downloaded fireborn_mod_magic.zip and inserted the files in techs/magitech/factions/magic/units .
From the errors I get, it seems I'm missing the folders of the following units/buildings :

ancient_summoning
wicker_daemon
tower_of_souls
golem

Could anyone help me get those files ?

Have you deleted this files?

I've uploaded it here: http://www.filehost.ro/109022/techs_rar/

But now i've seen you've to register (register is free) to download :S

If u don't want to register download the Glest data (60MB) from the Glest download page.
