How do you unwrap models in 3DS Max 8?
« on: 18 May 2006, 17:02:14 »
Does anyone have the heart to make a tutorial for unwrapping models in 3DS Max 8. I read the 3DS Max 7 tuttorial but, in 3DS 8 the interface seems different.
                               ~Thanks a mill~

If you have an legal version of it, there are probably Tutorials included in the program. I don't know 8, but 4,5,6,7 and there it was.

In 3ds Max 8 there is more tools for unwrap your model but the tools that there is in max 7 is in max 8 too, you can follow the same steps of the unwrap tutorial for 3ds max 7.

If you want know the new features of the 3ds max's 8, like the pelt mapping; you can find a lot of tutorials on the net.
