Mars Squadron: A Glest Mod

Hi all! we are new in the forums, we are two spanish college students that are developing a mod for glest.

The name is Mars Squadron, and it features battles between humans and aliens in the future while humans are exploring Mars.

We have just started but we are very happy and we enjoy what we'r doing so  I'm very optimistic abuot the project.  :wink:

Pues muchos a-nimos con el mod :), de momento no se pueden ver muchas cosas en el blog, pero tiene buena pinta, a ver para cuando los primeros screen shots

Pues muchas gracias hombre. Ahora estamos depurando la carga de archivos al cargar la partida, aunque de momento solo hemos puesto los aldeanos y los centros urbanos.
Tambie-n hemos texturizado el suelo al estilo marte, y disen-ado rocas para el recurso del hierro.
Pronto podre-is ver algu-n screenshot.

Ya hemos acabado con todos los arboles, que han sido sustituidos por rocas.
Pronto pondremos una screenshot a ver que os parece.

Llevamos unos dias un poco vagos, la verdad, pero pronto nos pondremos a preparar ma-s cosas para Mars Squadron.
es que ahora estamos de examenes un poco liados y eso.

Por cierto, vuestro proyecto glest es algo que motiva a mucha gente, que cree que nunca va a poder hacer un buen juego, a empezar a tocar los a-mbitos de modelado, programacio-n etc...  sin mucha dificultad.

Faltan de quitar algu-nos arbustillos y objetos terrenales, pero mas o menos el ambiente es marciano. Un poco inventado, pero marciano.

tiene muy buena pinta, para hacer los bosques solo con piedras habeis conseguido darle bastante variedad.

Ya habeis pensado en todas las unidades que habra-? primara- el combate a distancia o tambie-n habra- unidades de mele?

Bueno, las piedras no ha costado mucho hacerlas, son pocos modelos con diferentes estados de ruido en la malla.

Las unidades, las abra- de todo tipo. de momento los aldeanos de los dos bandos, pegan cuerpo a cuerpo.

Hemos elaborado algu-n a-rbol de tecnologi-as y unidades, pero no le hacemos mucho caso. Ma-s bien vamos modelando lo que se nos ocurre.

Nos cuesta menos modelar a los marcianos ya que son raros y los humanos son siempre = pero bueno ya les haremos tambie-n robots o algo asi- jeje.

The mod has been developed in spanish at the moment. When it will be finished, we can translate it to inglish, or chinese XD.
But there aren't many paragrafs to read.

az hogy esne neked ha valaki szövegelne egy olyan nyelven amit te nem ismersz? az addig oke-, hogy spanyol fo-rum meg minden, de nem csak spanyolok ja-rnak ide... (vagy csak e-n vagyok itt az egyetlen földönki-vüli)

Sorry for talking everytime in spanish,

But that I speaks in spanish is for replying to other spanish replyes that question me something.

In my last reply, i said that there will be units with differents attacks.

The starter citiciens fight with his legs and arms, but there will be soldiers with range attack.

hellow, i cant work in glest this days, because i can't run glest. i had uninstall the graphic card, and reinstal but the game at start sais me: error with open 2d textures.

Someone knows my problem?
