I got windows but i have no idea how to open TGA andG3D files

TGA files can be opened with photoshop. If you don't have it, consider instral GIMP, a Free Software for editing images.

G3D files are modelsfor glest. I have no idea, but I think that can be converted and/or opened with the Glest Tools. Download it and try.

I've seen elsewhere that G3D models are edited using 3DsMax and a plugin (i think, i'm not sure).

TGA files can be opened with irfanview, acdsee, photoshop or any other decent  image editor/viewer.

G3D files can be opened with G3D viewer, included with the Glest tools, but you can not modify them, to make G3D files you have to make them with max or blender and export them.
