Performance problem so aggravating!! please help....

Well basivally I know didly about computers or graphics whats its but if you need info ask and i'll try and figure it out as for the game well i love it except for the part where it lags like crazy I load it simple enough but after that it's horribly slow I disabled 3d textures and shadowing not sure what else to do after that anyone help??
