plz someone help me every time i download the new version of glest i setup everything when i click PLAY NOW everything gets loaded and i cant see ne thing its all black except the map , when i change the settings i click play now and it says..... YOUR SYSTEM DOES NOT SUPPORT 3 TEXTURE UNITS, REQUIRED FOR SHADOWS ......   PLZ someone tell me what to do to fix this i want to play!!!!!!!!!

Try to start configurator.exe in the Glest directory, and set all settings at lowwest...

just turn off shadows from projected to disabled. Not sure about shadow mapping

Leta analyze the situation:

1) You install Glest
2) You enable SHADOWS (because Glest detects if your card doesn't support them and disables them by default)
3) Glest crashes saying that your card doesn't support 3 textures that are required for SHADOWS

The solution is at hand.
