How to upload an unfinished WIP MOD?

Ok, I'm ready to post my half finished MOD for glest: Siamese Conquest (or Conquest of Siam). It's a work in progress but I'd like to have some input (and maybe some help if you can) from you guys. Sooo, does this glest site host the files? Do I have to host them myself and post the link here?

73 MB is really a lot for our server I think..., can you compress the data somehow? or if you are using Glest data too maybe you can send us just the files you have changed, so the users can patch their games.

Ok, I went back and found that there were some unused stuff in the folders and got rid of them. THe size now (compresed) is 20+mbs. How do you suggest making this available to the community?
