Cursor is slow, sometimes unresponsive.

In all, the game runs smooth after disabling shadows and other 3d elements, but has anyone else encountered the problem of the cursor being jumpy, or pausing for a few seconds, and also very jittery when moving near the right side of the screen?

Maybe, but not in a really noticeable way.

Try running the game in a lower resolution. i find that helps with most graphics problems. or, put shadows on 'projected'
