It says I am running OpenGl 1.2.1 but I need OpenGl 1.3 atleast to start it up, how may I update it so I can play?

you need to update your graphics card driver. under windows, use Windows Update or go to your graphic card manufacturer's website. Under linux...I don't know

I am using "SiS 650_651_M650_M652_740" and when I update the driver it says its updated...of coarse I updated it recently after I ran the game though and so I have the latest update for it... i dunno what to do :/ I am a idiot about these kind of things

im afraid i cant help you then. your card might not support openGL above 1.2.1...or the manufacturers cant b bothered
