How do i get/create more workers

I am new to this game and while I like playing it. I have not figured out how to make more workers.  When I look at the computer camps they have lots of works.  Can anyone tell me what I need to do in order to create more workers.  It would help me play a lot better.

the workers are created in the castle, select the castle, click on the worker image and if you have enough resources you can create workers
