You still don't know how to use it?

I'm using the linux version buit the windows version should work the same:

It should work like this:
1. export your model from blender. You receive a .xml-file.
2. copy this xml-file to your glexemel directory.
3. open a dos-box(cmd-window) and navigate to the glexemel directory.
4. type something like this:
         xml2g.exe  filename.xml filename.g3d
5. that's it! you reveive a .g3d file

I get an empty file as output.
I use the gui version, because the normal version doesn't work...

I do use windows, but I downloaded the windows version, so it should have to work.... >:(

It has been stated many times that the only thing wrong with the windows build of glexemel is that it is missing two simple linesof code at the end, taht no one has added to the win32 binaries. Linux users are fine, because they likely built the ode themselves and added the extra lines.

I cold be wrong though... The last time I cheked the binaries was a while ago... But if someone wants to add the missing lines (posted in these forums), I am sure many of us stuck with Windows would be very greatful...

Have you checked the binaries I've compiled?

Hmm, when i used the gui-version to convert xml-> g3d i get an error: Although the file-structur seems to be ok the mesh is distorted and you cannot recognize it.
Suprisingly everything is in order if i use the commanline version (also found in your download).

So, where can this error come from, since i would like to use the GUI-feature?
I can program a little bit myself, have you made it with delphi; then i could propably help you with it?

EDIT:
sorry, just found the .h ; seems like c++. Haven't worked with something like this so far...
