huh, its really anti-english... so lets see, what did i understand from it:

the scenarios are new options in the Glest 2.1.0 (although, the expansion WIP you asked is 2.0.0). it uses a scenario folder, where you can put "scenario xmls" what are containing the players, map, tileset, and techtree. these scenarios are "premade" custom games.
