Good bye css, wow and c&c

Hands down! Best game ever.

Started playing last Thursday, after searching Google for free rts. I needed to try something different than the repetitive and for some reason always down c&c. Css was also getting a tire for me as well. And wow, well, takes too long to have fun.

So I stumbled across this game.
This game is amazing for freeware. I am very glad I found this game.

I already gave it to 4 of my friends who are shocked at how fun this game is.
My computers in my computer lab in my school are even capable of playing this game.

Im loving it.

Just a suggestion, possible a save feature,
and
If you guys can maybe a lan mode, so I can own my friends at school!
What would be pushing it would be an all out internet mode, but I understand that that is a lot of work.
May I suggest taking a look at this other free rts called 'trash'
Its a terrible game, I downloaded it as well as glest, It is very very poorly made, but it does have a fair internet mode.

Cheers and keep up the good work all!

If anyone is interested

My tactic is to get 5 people on the gold, 5 on the wood, 1 on the rock asap, then get 4 men building a blacksmith building, then I build a technodrome asap! after that I produce as many technicians as i can, and dominate the other teams. Eventually I will get the flying machines and battle machines after doing research in the technodrome.  I can take on one cpu ultra, or 2 regular cpu's with the tactic I use.

Running a multiplayer over the internet is essentially the same as over a lan. I'd say the only major difference would be the speed considerations. Multiplayer is being worked on in the Glevolution project.
