Energy points

could someone explain what the "Energy points" is?

I know I can increase Gold/Stone/Wood by collecting them, but how to collect  "Energy points" in game?

and what is the "Energy points regeneration"?

If I remember correctly (haven't played Glest in a while) energy a resource that the magic faction needs to build units. Only the magic faction needs it. The energy towers don't automatically increase the limit of how many units you can have, but they increase the rate at which the energy is restored, since energy is spent every time you create a unit.

The tech faction doesn't has any concept of energy.

Energy points regeneration is the time it take to get more EP in a second, for the golem it uses EP to walk and move

basically, I am not sure in which way I can gain energy points more and faster.

is it more Energy Sources generete more energy points with a faster pace?

no go to the folder faction

and pick the faction edit the unit XML and increase the EP increase rate

energy is similar to food in tech. u can incerase it by building energy source with initiate. also, if your energy is 0, u will not be able to make any new units - like with food in tech. first u need to build in magic is an energy source, then summoner guild. after that depends of your status.
